Returns/Exchanges

To process an exchange or return on the order you have received, please include your order number and reason for return. For exchange requests, list the item you want to exchange for.

Merch Method will accept any unwashed, unworn merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of arrival for domestic orders and 45 for international orders. You will be responsible for return shipping cost. All media must be sealed. Merch Method will NOT accept any unsellable merchandise which has been damaged by the recipient.

All domestic exchanges include a reshipment fee equal to your original shipment cost to have the new item shipped. 

Once we receive returned merchandise, we will process returns for a refund of item cost or exchange and ship requested items, based on availability. If there are any issues with your return/exchange we will contact you via phone or email.

Be sure to obtain a tracking number when you return any items. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages without proof of delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse for the exchange to be fully processed & reshipped.

 

Orders Returned to Sender can be reshipped for a reshipment fee equal to the original shipping cost. If you opt for a refund, product subtotals including taxes are refunded however shipping cost are non-refundable because shipping services have been provided. 

 

Please be aware that any correspondence in regards to returns/exchanges should be promptly responded to. Should we receive returns without contact information or should we not hear back from the sender, you forfeit your return and we will restock the inventory after 90 days. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged you will not be responsible for shipping cost. Please contact us. Our customer service team is dedicated to resolving any order issues and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused.

We can issue pre-paid return shipping labels for domestic orders. We will either refund your order or re-ship your new item, per your request. New tracking information will be provided via e-mail. We do not offer discounts or partial refunds.

 

Damaged or incorrect item Received : International Orders 

You must mail us your package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping, and we will refund your shipping cost upon receiving your return. Please do not use any expedited shipping methods as we will NOT be able to offer a full refund on any expedited shipping methods.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse for the new item shipment to be processed. Please let us know if your order is needed by a specific date or holiday and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
